Very efficient
Very efficient, respond to emails promptly, easy to contact. Had great difficulty trying to claim my super by myself due to an error by the ATO in my personal details for my Australian tax file number and found it very difficult trying to contact the ATO due to time difference, etc, however tax back.com sorted it with very little effort needed on my behalf. I am now about to receive my refund after 5 years of leaving it on the long finger since leaving OZ in 2018. Well worth getting their help, since I was resigned to never seeing the money again.

Very pleased with the tax return!
Was skeptical at first but very impressed with the outcome. Got over $2000 AUD tax back from my backpacker trip in Australia 2016-2018. Customer service was great and very helpful. May take a while digging out old documents / pay slips but totally worth it.
